As most of the products on our website are perishable goods, we do not provide returns and exchanges of product(s) once delivery has been made.

The buyer will have to bear the return delivery fee unless the event of return and exchange is caused by the seller’s mistake.

What are the conditions for exchanges and returns?

Product(s) is eligible for return and exchange if:

  • Buyer receives defective product upon delivery
  • Buyer receives missing or incorrect product from their order

What is the condition that defines a defective product?

A defective product shall be defined as:

  • injured packaging or broken seal that affects the rancidity of the product
