If your order was successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation instantly from Shopify and we will contact you directly regarding delivery timing. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be amended or canceled on the website.

If delivery order has been dispatched, a handling and restocking fee of 5% on your order will be charged. Refunds will be effected within 3-5 working days to your original mode of payment.

PAYMENTS

We accept payment via Credit Card, bank transfer, and PayNow/PayLah.

DELIVERY

We only deliver within Singapore region with the exception of restricted areas (such as Jurong Island, military police and civil defense camps) and the island surrounding mainland Singapore.

Deliveries to certain areas, such as Sentosa Island and CBD distinct may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to impose additional charges for delivering your order to these areas.

We currently deliver orders personally via our personal transportation. Once your order has been confirmed, we will contact you directly regarding delivery timing. Delivery will be done in the next evening.

We also delivery on weekends.

All orders are charged at a flat fee of SG$8 for orders less than SG$50. Delivery fee is complimentary for orders of SG$50 and above.

Additional charges of SG$6 will be charged for delivery to certain areas, such as Sentosa Island and CBD district.

As we want to make sure your parcel reaches you safely, it's best if there is someone at the delivery destination to receive it. You may opt for contactless delivery or for the parcel to be placed in a safe place outside the delivery destination. Do note that in the event that your parcel goes missing or is destroyed as a result, we will not be able to provide any refund or compensation to you.

SELF-COLLECTION

We do not own a physical walk-in store or warehouse. Our warehouse is only available for self-collection upon appointment booking.

All orders are allowed for self-collection. Inform us of your preference during the confirmation of delivery timing.

Self-collection orders are made for pickup at 1 Clementi Loop, Singapore 129808.
